Item(s) can be returned for an in-store credit within 14 days of customer's purchase. Please read below for requirements of eligible returned item(s).

Shipping Return Policy:

Item(s) can be returned for a store credit within 14 days from day of receiving. Item(s) MUST be in it's original condition with original tags attached, order invoice, and item(s) MUST be undamaged. No credits will be processed without it.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

It is to be noted that all accessories, game day, holiday, bath and body, gift cards/certificates, & SALE items are FINAL SALE!

If an item was purchased with a gift card/certificate, it is FINAL SALE!!

Damages and issues:

When receiving your order, please inspect item(s) and contact us immediately if the item(s) appear damaged, defective, or if said order is wrong so we can further evaluate the issue. Ultimate decision on acceptance of returns is at the discretion of Lagniappe Decor & Gifts.

If you request to hold an item in-store, we can only hold items, without pay, for one hour.
